The Arab Tribune recently ran two stories about CAJA’s of Marshall County and its advocacy for children in court:

Standing up for kids in court

She was 23 years old and had four kids by three fathers. One father had been deported. Another was in prison. The third made it clear he wanted nothing to do with her or the kids.

She worked as a dancer for a while, moved on to other things and ended up busted for 30 pounds of cocaine.

Judges listen to what CAJAs dig up
"When E.F. Hutton talks," the famous commercial line went, "people listen."

When a CAJA of Marshall County talks, judges listen. So do attorneys - even if they don't necessarily like what they hear.
